Wide range of powdered culture media for microbiological use, completed by the relevant supplements and a series of basic ingredients.

The media are formulated according to regulations such as the EP and USP pharmacopoeias, the UNI EN ISO, BAM standards and many other regulations specific to the type of analysis or microorganism sought.

The powdered media are supplied in 500 g bottles, for the chromogenic media also in 100 g. On request there are 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 kg bins.

Dehydrated culture media have a wide variety of applications in microbiology, analytical laboratories, research and especially in the industrial sector (food industry, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, vaccine production etc.).

The culture media are formulated to provide an adequate balance of nutrients both in qualitative and quantitative terms, for the optimal growth of microorganisms.

There are many culture media, formulated to suit the many existing microorganisms but also to offer standardized methods of isolation, growth or identification, depending on specific regulations.

Controls

Raw material control is very important to obtain quality powdered soils. Since many ingredients of culture media are natural, careful selection and continuous verification of compatibility, characteristics and performance is necessary to ensure reproducibility. After production, each batch is subjected to verification of its chemical, physical and growth performance characteristics.
